I possess over 10 years professional experience in corporate governance leadership, training and management. I introduce innovations, business intelligence and technology initiatives to Corporations to achieve successful outcomes. I offer corporation structuring and guidance to senior management.

I evaluate the existing senior management structure of companies within the framework of corporate management principles, identify job definitions and work styles of the senior management structure (Board Members, Committees, Taskforce etc.)

I have led Postal Corporation of Kenya and I’m currently leading the Kenya Tourism Regulatory Authority.

Introducing innovations, business intelligence and technology

I provide support to corporation’s internal controls where I offer procedures that incorporate all the fundamental controls with respect to the internal processes of the companies.

My team and I create Organization guideline and authority matrix for corporations and companies in interest of an efficient and productive delegation of authority. I hold talks with board members, directors, senior management and relevant stakeholders to identify existing approval limits and authority, and fashion an authority matrix on the basis of a given position with respect to all processes and formulate a sustainable Organizational guideline and policy.

I give Board induction and orientation, particularly on senior management responsibilities and directors’ fiduciary duties.
